We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, each product is made-to-order. Once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

We currently only ship to the United States.

Fidgucate products are made-to-order, so it typically takes 5 - 7 days for individual products to ship. Times may increase periodically, especially if you place a large order or it is near a holiday. Fidgies and Chonks normally ship within 2 business days. Shipping times vary, but range between 5 - 7 days. If you need something by a specific date, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your needs. We understand birthdays or special occasions can't always wait for slow delivery. We will do everything possible to help you to find a solution.

We have a 14-day return
policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a
return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fidgucate.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for shipping selecting a shipper and paying shipping fees for returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days from when we receive the item(s). You will be notified by mail once your refund is processed.
